用有限元方法对应变式压杆压力传感器系统进行研究,研究3种不同材料的压杆对应变式压杆压力传感器测试结果的影响;数值模拟了不同上升前沿的梯形脉冲及三角形脉冲条件下不同材料压杆的响应误差。研究结果表明,铍压杆对测试结果的影响最小,铝合金压杆影响最大;另外,脉冲上升前沿和测量位置对测试结果的影响也很大。模拟结果对压杆材料的选择有一定参考价值。
用有限元方法對應變式壓桿壓力傳感器繫統進行研究,研究3種不同材料的壓桿對應變式壓桿壓力傳感器測試結果的影響;數值模擬瞭不同上升前沿的梯形脈遲及三角形脈遲條件下不同材料壓桿的響應誤差。研究結果錶明,鈹壓桿對測試結果的影響最小,鋁閤金壓桿影響最大;另外,脈遲上升前沿和測量位置對測試結果的影響也很大。模擬結果對壓桿材料的選擇有一定參攷價值。

The finite element method is applied to analyze the strain type pressure bar system.The effects of three different materials of the pressure bar on measure results obtained by the strain type pressure bar system are studied.By numerical simulation,the response errors of pressure bars with different materials under different rising front of trapezoidal impulse and triangle impulse are investigated.The results show that the influence of the beryllium pressure bar on the measure results is minimum and that of the aluminum alloy pressure bar is maximum.In addition,the impulse rising front and measuring position have great influence on the measure results.The simulation results can provide some references for choosing the material of the pressure bar.
