[目的]观测电针刺激对重症急性胰腺炎患者胃肠功能障碍及炎症因子的影响。[方法]本次试验共纳入患者38例，将试验病例随机分为电针组和对照组，对照组常规治疗，电针组在对照组的基础上加用电针刺激足三里穴。10d后观察2组患者血白介素-6（IL-6）、白介素-10（IL-10）等水平，并测定腹痛及腹胀评分等变化及首次肠鸣音、自主排便恢复时间。[结果]电针组有效17例，治疗组有效16例。治疗后电针组患者血IL-10水平较对照组升高（P<0.05），且腹痛及腹胀评分变化下降更为明显（P<0.05），首次肠鸣音及自主排便恢复时间也较对照组短（P<0.05）。[结论]电针刺激可能增加血IL-10水平以抑制炎症反应，并促进胃肠功能的恢复，加快胃肠道通气恢复的时间，缓解症状，提高疗效。
[목적]관측전침자격대중증급성이선염환자위장공능장애급염증인자적영향。[방법]본차시험공납입환자38례，장시험병례수궤분위전침조화대조조，대조조상규치료，전침조재대조조적기출상가용전침자격족삼리혈。10d후관찰2조환자혈백개소-6（IL-6）、백개소-10（IL-10）등수평，병측정복통급복창평분등변화급수차장명음、자주배편회복시간。[결과]전침조유효17례，치료조유효16례。치료후전침조환자혈IL-10수평교대조조승고（P<0.05），차복통급복창평분변화하강경위명현（P<0.05），수차장명음급자주배편회복시간야교대조조단（P<0.05）。[결론]전침자격가능증가혈IL-10수평이억제염증반응，병촉진위장공능적회복，가쾌위장도통기회복적시간，완해증상，제고료효。
Objective ] To observe the alteration of electro-acupuncture on gastrointestinal dysfunction and inflammatory response in severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). [Methods] 38 MAP patients were randomly divided into two groups. and measured IL-6,IL-10 levels and recorded the abdominal distension score, abdominal pain score ,APACHEⅡscore on the first day onset and the 10th day. [Results] Only 33 patients were included in the last analysis.IL-10 levels were significant higher and al scores decreased significantly. [Conclusion] Electro-acupuncture can cause the increase of IL-10 to inhibit the inflammatory response,and can shorten recovery time of gastrointestinal dysfunction, relieve abdominal distension, abdominal pain and other clinical symptoms.
