目的：探讨C T引导125 I放射粒子联合间质化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床价值，可行性和安全性。方法回顾分析经病理证实的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者31例、33个病灶，在C T 引导下植入125 I放射性粒子，联合植入化疗粒子缓释剂中人氟安，比较治疗前及治疗后6个月肿瘤变化，判定疗效。结果31例患者33个病灶，6个月后CT复查，CR 6例（19．4％）、PR 21例（67．7％）、NC 3例（9．7％）、PD 1例（3．2％），有效率（CR＋ PR）87．1％。术中4例出现少量气胸，1例肺内少量出血，术后1周内痰中带血丝3例。结论 C T引导125 I放射粒子联合间质化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌安全、微创、近期疗效明显。
목적：탐토C T인도125 I방사입자연합간질화료치료만기비소세포폐암적림상개치，가행성화안전성。방법회고분석경병리증실적만기비소세포폐암환자31례、33개병조，재C T 인도하식입125 I방사성입자，연합식입화료입자완석제중인불안，비교치료전급치료후6개월종류변화，판정료효。결과31례환자33개병조，6개월후CT복사，CR 6례（19．4％）、PR 21례（67．7％）、NC 3례（9．7％）、PD 1례（3．2％），유효솔（CR＋ PR）87．1％。술중4례출현소량기흉，1례폐내소량출혈，술후1주내담중대혈사3례。결론 C T인도125 I방사입자연합간질화료치료만기비소세포폐암안전、미창、근기료효명현。
Objective To explore the clinical value and feasibility and efficacy of percutaneous radioactive particles 125 I implantation by CT-guided treatment combined with therapy in the treatment of advanced Non Small Cell lung cancer . Methods We retrospectively analyzed the cases of lung cancer that were proved by pathology examine . Totally ,31 NSCLC patients with 33 pulmonary lesions were enrolled .CT guided percutaneous radioactive Pieces 125 I implantation combined with therapy in the treatment was performed to determine the healing effect through comparing the changes of tumours after 6 months .Results Among 33 lesions in 31 cases ,reviewing a CT scan after six month ,6 cases were CR (19 .4% ) ,21 cases were PR(67 .7% ) ,3 cases were NC(9 .7% ) ,1 case was PD (3 .2% ) ,OR was 87 .1% .A small a-mount of pneumothorax was found in 4 cases ,a small amount of lung bleeding was found in 1 case .In one week after the operation ,4 cases presented with blood in phlegm .Conclusion Percutaneous radioactive particles 125 I implantation by CT guided treatment combined with therapy in the treatment of advanced Non Small Cell lung cancer has positive clinical effects with minimal damage .
