目的:分析鳃裂囊肿的多层螺旋CT表现,探讨多层螺旋CT 对鳃裂囊肿的诊断价值,以提高术前诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的12例鳃裂囊肿患者的临床及C T 资料,12例均行C T 平扫和增强检查。结果本组12例中3例为第一鳃裂囊肿,9例第二鳃裂囊肿,本组无第三、四鳃裂囊肿病例。鳃裂囊肿C T表现为囊性低密度影,囊壁薄,囊内密度均匀,边界清晰,周围组织受压移位。结论多层螺旋CT检查可以清晰显示鳃裂囊肿的部位、大小、形态及其与周围组织结构的关系,易于做出准确诊断。多平面重组图像可以更加全面直观显示病变,为临床治疗特别是术前制定手术方案提供准确信息。

목적:분석새렬낭종적다층라선CT표현,탐토다층라선CT 대새렬낭종적진단개치,이제고술전진단적준학성。방법회고성분석경수술화병리증실적12례새렬낭종환자적림상급C T 자료,12례균행C T 평소화증강검사。결과본조12례중3례위제일새렬낭종,9례제이새렬낭종,본조무제삼、사새렬낭종병례。새렬낭종C T표현위낭성저밀도영,낭벽박,낭내밀도균균,변계청석,주위조직수압이위。결론다층라선CT검사가이청석현시새렬낭종적부위、대소、형태급기여주위조직결구적관계,역우주출준학진단。다평면중조도상가이경가전면직관현시병변,위림상치료특별시술전제정수술방안제공준학신식。
Objective To analyze the CT findings of branchial cleft cyst and to discuss the diagnostic value of CT to branchial cleft cyst in order to improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis .Methods Clinical and CT data of 12 cases of branchial cleft cyst confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed .All the cases underwent plain and enhanced CT examination .Results Of the 12 patients ,3 cases were the first branchial cleft cyst ,9 cases were the second branchial cleft cyst and no third or fourth branchial cleft cyst cases were found .Branchial cleft cyst of CT showed cystic low density ,thin cystic wall ,the cystic density ,clear boundary and the surrounding tissue compression and dis-placement .Conclusion Multislice spiral CT examination can clearly display the branchial cleft cyst in terms of location , size ,shape and the relationship with the surrounding tissue structure ,so it is easy to make an accurate diagnosis .Multi-planar reconstruction images can display the lesions more comprehensively and intuitively ,which can provide accurate in-formation for clinical therapy ,especially in making preoperative scheme .
