目的：分析颅内血管周细胞瘤的M RI表现特点及提高其诊断认识。方法回顾性分析6例经术后病理证实的颅内血管周细胞瘤M RI表现特点，所有病例均行磁共振平扫及增强扫描。结果6例肿瘤均位于颅内脑外，多数呈分叶状，T1 WI为等及稍低信号，T2 WI及FLAIR为稍高及高信号，边界清楚，部分肿瘤内可见血管流空影，增强扫描强化明显。结论颅内血管周细胞瘤误诊率较高，经分析其M RI表现具有一定特征性，应注意鉴别以防误诊。
목적：분석로내혈관주세포류적M RI표현특점급제고기진단인식。방법회고성분석6례경술후병리증실적로내혈관주세포류M RI표현특점，소유병례균행자공진평소급증강소묘。결과6례종류균위우로내뇌외，다수정분협상，T1 WI위등급초저신호，T2 WI급FLAIR위초고급고신호，변계청초，부분종류내가견혈관류공영，증강소묘강화명현。결론로내혈관주세포류오진솔교고，경분석기M RI표현구유일정특정성，응주의감별이방오진。
Objective To improve diagnostic accuracy of intracranial hemangiopericytoma by MRI features .Methods We analyzed 6 cases of intracranial hemangiopericytoma verified by pathology respectively .All of them underwent plain and enhanced MRI scans .Results All the tumors were located outside the brain inside the skull .Many of them showed lobulared borders .The masses were shown hypo-isointensity on T1WI ,slight hyperintensity and hyperintensity on T2WI and FLAIR with clear borders .In some cases ,flow empty vessels can be seen .All masses were significantly enhanced on contrast-enhanced T1WI .Conclusion Misdiagnosis of intracranial hemangiopericytoma were happened frequently .The tumors have specific features on M RI and attention should be payed to avoid misdiagnosis .
