当非手术的根管治疗不能治愈牙髓来源的根尖周炎时，就要施行根尖外科手术来保存患牙。根管倒充填材料是用于根尖手术后根管末端的封闭材料，其性能越来越受学者们的重视。本文就近年来对新型根管倒充填材料的研究进展作一综述。
