在进行药理学实验教学改革的探索中,我们尝试将最新的科学研究转化为药理学实验教学,取得了较好的教学效果。我们将新发现的慢性疼痛靶点分子D-型氨基酸氧化酶( DAAO)抑制剂苯甲酸钠引入药物镇痛实验;将新型降糖药GLP-1类似物 exenatide及新型抗高血糖靶点分子钠-葡萄糖2型转运体(SGLT2)的特异性抑制剂dapagliflozin引入降血糖药物实验,不但丰富了原实验内容,加强了学生对所学知识的融汇贯通,而且拉近了前沿科学研究与学生的距离,使他们直接了解和感受到一个新的药物靶点的发现对新药研发所产生的巨大影响,非常有助于对学生科学创新精神的培养。

In an effort to reform pharmacological teaching experiments ,we have recently translated our latest sci-entific research to pharmacological teaching experiments , and achieved good teaching effect.Our lab has recently made progress in identification of a novel pain targetmolecule spinal D-amino acid oxidase and its inhibitor sodium benzoate ,and characterization of novel antidiabetic drugs including GLP-1 receptor agonist exenatide and SGLT 2 in-hibitor dapagliflozin.We translated the progress research to teaching exepriemtns for analgesic and antidiabetic drugs.The translation of research into teaching experiments has enriched experiment contents ,strengthened students′ability to master recent progress in pharmacology and shortened the distance between the frontier science and students.The translation has also made students realize the huge impact of drug target discovery for new drug research and development ,which is very helpful to stimulate students′scientific innovation.
