目的：采用HPLC法测定金毛耳草中芦丁的含量。方法采用Dikma C18色谱柱（250mm ×4.6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0.3％冰醋酸（18∶82），流速1.0mL· min -1，检测波长350nm，柱温：25℃。结果芦丁的质量浓度在5.3μg· mL -1～85.0μg· mL -1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，平均回收率为97.88％，RSD为0.75％。结论本方法简便、准确，重复性好，可作为金毛耳草药材的质量控制方法。

목적：채용HPLC법측정금모이초중호정적함량。방법채용Dikma C18색보주（250mm ×4.6mm，5μm），류동상위을정-0.3％빙작산（18∶82），류속1.0mL· min -1，검측파장350nm，주온：25℃。결과호정적질량농도재5.3μg· mL -1～85.0μg· mL -1범위내여봉면적정량호선성관계，평균회수솔위97.88％，RSD위0.75％。결론본방법간편、준학，중복성호，가작위금모이초약재적질량공제방법。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of rutin in Hedyotis chrysoticha by HPLC.METHODS The separation was performed on a Dikma C 18 column(250mm ×4.6mm,5μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.3% acetic acid ( 18∶82 ).The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1.The detection wavelength was 350 nm and the column temperature was 25℃.RESULTS The calibration cure of rutin was performed over the range of 5.3μg· mL-1 ~85.0μg· mL-1.The average recovery was 97.88%with RSD of 0.75%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility ,and can be used for the quality control of Hedyotis chrysoticha.
