目的:研究电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定保健食品中铅(Pb)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)3种重金属含量的质量控制方法。方法通过样品加标测定回收率,用数理统计的方法求出相关的技术指标,做出铅、砷、汞的回收率质量控制图。结果铅回收率控制图的控制限为79.2%~116.2%,警戒限为85.4%~110.1%;砷回收率控制图的控制限为81.8%~112.5%,警戒限为86.9%~107.4%;汞回收率控制图的控制限为72.0%~115.1%,警戒限为79.2%~107.9%。结论上述3个质量控制图能直观和有效地控制ICP-MS测定保健食品中的铅、汞的分析质量,确保结果准确可靠。

OBJECTIVE To study the quality control methods in the determination of Lead and Arsenic and Mercury in health foods by ICP-MS.METHODS There coveries of standard addition were tested and the relevant technical indexes were worked out using mathematical statistics to prepare the quality control charts of the determina -tion of Lead and Arsenic and Mercury.RESULTS The control limit of Pb recovery was 79.2%~116.2%and the warning limit was 85.4%~110.1%.The control limit of As recovery was 81.8%~112.5% and the warning limit was 86.9%~107.4%.The control limit of Hg recovery was 72.0%~115.1%and thewarning limit was 79.2%~107.9%.CONCLUSION The quality control charts could directly and effectively control the quality analysis of the determination of Lead and Arsenic and Mercury in health foods to ensure accurate and reliable results .
