目的：建立HPLC法测定丹栀逍遥片中栀子苷的方法。方法色谱柱：SYNCRONIS AQ （4.6mm ×250mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水（15∶85，v/v），柱温为室温，流速：1.0mL· min -1，检测波长为238nm。结果栀子苷对照品在0.117～0.780μg的范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系（R＝0.9998）；平均加样回收率为99.84％，RSD为：0.82％（n＝6）。结论本法灵敏、准确、重现性好，可用于丹栀逍遥片的质量控制。
목적：건립HPLC법측정단치소요편중치자감적방법。방법색보주：SYNCRONIS AQ （4.6mm ×250mm，5μm），류동상위을정-수（15∶85，v/v），주온위실온，류속：1.0mL· min -1，검측파장위238nm。결과치자감대조품재0.117～0.780μg적범위내여봉면적적분치정량호적선성관계（R＝0.9998）；평균가양회수솔위99.84％，RSD위：0.82％（n＝6）。결론본법령민、준학、중현성호，가용우단치소요편적질량공제。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Geniposide in Danzhixiaoyao Tablets.METHODS The determination was performed by HPLC using a SYNCRONIS AQ (4.6mm ×250mm, 5μm) column at room temperature.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(15∶85,v/v) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1.The UV detection was set at 283 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve of Geniposide was in good linearity over the range of 0.117~0.780μg( R=0.9998 ) and the average recovery was 99.84%( RSD=0.82%,n=6 ).CONCLUSION The method is sensitive ,accurate and reproducible ,and it could be used for the quality con-trol of Danzhixiaoyao Tablets.
