目的:优化白芍的提取工艺。方法采用星点设计-效应面法,以芍药苷提取率为考察指标对白芍提取工艺进行优化。结果优选的最佳提取工艺为加12倍量56.03%乙醇提取2次,每次45.85min。结论优选的提取工艺合理、稳定、可行。

OBJECTIVE To optimize extracting technology of Paeoniae Radix Alba.METHODS Taking ex-traction rate of paeoniflorin as index , extraction process of Paeoniae Radix Alba was optimized by central composite design-response surface methodology.RESULT Optimum condition of extraction technology was extracted 2 times with 12-fold,the amount of 56.03% ethanol for 45.85 minutes each time.CONCLUSION Optimum extraction process was reasonable ,stable and feasible.
