基于环境中压电振动能的收集，提出一种高效的压电收集电路。所提出的电路包括两个压电片、一个基于电感的并联同步开关收集电路( P-SSHI)、一个信号调理电路和一个控制电路。其中一个薄压电片可以为另一个主压电片提供信号。所设计的电路既不需要二极管也不需要复杂的控制信号，可以改善压电能收集能力，并且这种压电能收集电路在日常生活中更容易使用。基于0.5μm CMOS工艺仿真结果显示所收集的最大功率超过140μW，相对传统的AC-DC电路提高9倍以上，效率效率达到93.1％。

A high efficient energy harvesting circuit is proposed based on piezoelectric vibration energy in the envi-ronment.The proposed circuit includes two piezoelectric films,a Parallel Synchronized Switch Harvesting(P-SSHI),a signal conditioning circuit,a control circuit.One thin piezoelectric film could provide signals for the main piezoe-lectric film.The propose circuit is designed so that neither diodes nor complex control signals are included in it,which leads to better the power extraction capability and easier to use in daily life. The simulation results based on 0?5 μm CMOS process show that the maximum output power is more than 140 μW,which is is able to extract 9 times more power than a full rectifier circuit with the power conversion efficiency up to 93.1%.
