目的：探讨改良“鸡尾酒”治疗多系统萎缩的临床疗效。方法选择9例多系统萎缩患者在原有“鸡尾酒”治疗的基础上加用丁苯酞2～3周，分别于入院时、治疗后6个月及1年采用统一多系统萎缩评估量表对患者病情进行观察，并评估疗效。结果随访6个月和1年，患者语言评分较入院时明显降低，差异有统计学意义[（1．55±0.52）分和（1.66±0.86）分 vs （2．44±0．72）分，P＝0．030]，但随访6个月与随访1年比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。随访6个月行走、跌倒、下肢运动灵活性及坐位站起评分较入院时明显改善（P＜0．05，P＜0．01），随访1年后上述各项指标与入院时比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论改良“鸡尾酒”疗法对多系统萎缩患者的部分临床症状有一定程度的改善。
목적：탐토개량“계미주”치료다계통위축적림상료효。방법선택9례다계통위축환자재원유“계미주”치료적기출상가용정분태2～3주，분별우입원시、치료후6개월급1년채용통일다계통위축평고량표대환자병정진행관찰，병평고료효。결과수방6개월화1년，환자어언평분교입원시명현강저，차이유통계학의의[（1．55±0.52）분화（1.66±0.86）분 vs （2．44±0．72）분，P＝0．030]，단수방6개월여수방1년비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。수방6개월행주、질도、하지운동령활성급좌위참기평분교입원시명현개선（P＜0．05，P＜0．01），수방1년후상술각항지표여입원시비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론개량“계미주”요법대다계통위축환자적부분림상증상유일정정도적개선。
Objective To study the curative effect of modified cocktail therapy on multiple system atrophy (MSA) .Methods Nine MSA patients who were treated with modified cocktail therapy followed by Dl-3n butyphthalide for 2-3 weeks .The curative effect of modified cocktail therapy and Dl-3n butyphthalide on MSA was assessed at admission ,6 months and 1 year after treatment according to the MSA Assessment Scale .Results The patients were followed up for 6 months and 1 year .The language score was significantly lower at 6 months and 1 year of follow-up than at admission (1 .55 ± 0 .52 vs 2 .44 ± 0 .72 ,1 .66 ± 0 .86 vs 2 .44 ± 0 .72 ,P=0 .030) .However ,no sig-nificant difference was found in the language score at 6 months and 1 year of follow-up ( P>0.05) .The scores of walking ,falling ,lower limb movement flexibility and standing from seat were significantly higher at 6 months of follow-up than at adimission (P<0 .05 ,P<0 .01) .However , no significant difference was found in the scores at 1 year of follow-up and at admission (P>0.05) .Conclusion Modified cocktail therapy is of certain curative effect on some symptoms of M SA patients .
