目的：探讨血管紧张素转换酶（ACE）2350G/A及胃促胰酶基因多态性在高血压伴左心室肥厚（left ventricu-lar hypertrophy ，LVH）、高血压人群、健康体检者中的分布，探讨高血压患者LVH发生的分子遗传机制。方法选取高血压住院患者205例，根据有无LVH ，分为LVH组105例和原发性高血压组100例；同时选取健康体检者101例作为对照组，利用PCR-RFLP进行检测ACE2350G/A及胃促胰酶基因CMA/B多态性。结果与对照组比较，LVH组ACE2350基因AA基因型（25．7％ vs 13．9％）和A等位基因频率（51．4％ vs 39．6％）均明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。各组CMA/B基因G、A等位基因频率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论ACE2350基因多态性与高血压患者LVH发生显著相关，AA基因型增加LVH的发生风险，A等位基因频率为LVH发生的危险基因。CMA/B基因与高血压患者LVH发生无显著相关性。
목적：탐토혈관긴장소전환매（ACE）2350G/A급위촉이매기인다태성재고혈압반좌심실비후（left ventricu-lar hypertrophy ，LVH）、고혈압인군、건강체검자중적분포，탐토고혈압환자LVH발생적분자유전궤제。방법선취고혈압주원환자205례，근거유무LVH ，분위LVH조105례화원발성고혈압조100례；동시선취건강체검자101례작위대조조，이용PCR-RFLP진행검측ACE2350G/A급위촉이매기인CMA/B다태성。결과여대조조비교，LVH조ACE2350기인AA기인형（25．7％ vs 13．9％）화A등위기인빈솔（51．4％ vs 39．6％）균명현승고，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。각조CMA/B기인G、A등위기인빈솔비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론ACE2350기인다태성여고혈압환자LVH발생현저상관，AA기인형증가LVH적발생풍험，A등위기인빈솔위LVH발생적위험기인。CMA/B기인여고혈압환자LVH발생무현저상관성。
Objective To study the distribution of ACE2350G/A and chymase gene polymorphisms in hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and subjects undergoing physi-cal examination ,and the molecular genetic mechanism of hypertensive LV H .Methods Hyperten-sive in-patients were divided into LVH group and essential hypertension group ,and subjects un-dergoing physical examination served as a control group .Their ACE2350G/A and chymase gene polymorphisms were detected by PCR-RFLP .Results The frequency of AA genotype and A al-lele of ACE2350 gene was significantly higher in LVH group than in control group (25 .7% vs 13.9% ,51 .4% vs 39 .6% ,P<0 .05) .However ,no significant difference was found in the frequen-cy of G and A allele of CMA/B gene between the two groups (P>0 .05) .Conclusion ACE2350 gene polymorphism is closely related with LVH .AA genotype increases the risk of LVH ,and A allele is the risk factor for LVH .CMA/B gene is not related with hypertensive LVH .
