目的：研究早发型与晚发型帕金森病（Parkinson's disease ，PD ）患者血浆抗氧化应激指标的差异性，并探讨其与临床特点的相关性。方法入选原发性PD患者62例（PD组），PD组根据发病年龄，分为早发型PD 组35例和晚发型PD组27例；另入选健康体检者20例（对照组）。使用 ELISA 检测血浆谷胱甘肽（GSH ）、过氧化氢酶（CAT）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GPX）水平，比较各组间差异，并对发病年龄与血浆抗氧化应激指标进行相关性分析。结果 PD组患者血浆GSH[（18．42±14．64）μmol/L vs （79．32±64．48）μmol/L]、CAT[（160．87±10．49）kU/L vs （171．11±4．00）kU/L]、SOD[（93．58±24．17）kU/L vs （122．33±22．83）kU/L]水平明显低于对照组（P＜0．01）；早发型PD组患者血浆GSH水平明显高于晚发型 PD组（P＜0．05）。发病年龄与血浆GSH呈负相关（P＜0．01）。结论 PD患者血浆GSH、CAT、SOD水平异常下降，提示PD患者存在抗氧化能力缺陷；早发型与晚发型PD患者血浆GS H水平具有显著差异性，发病年龄愈晚，血浆GS H水平愈低。
목적：연구조발형여만발형파금삼병（Parkinson's disease ，PD ）환자혈장항양화응격지표적차이성，병탐토기여림상특점적상관성。방법입선원발성PD환자62례（PD조），PD조근거발병년령，분위조발형PD 조35례화만발형PD조27례；령입선건강체검자20례（대조조）。사용 ELISA 검측혈장곡광감태（GSH ）、과양화경매（CAT）、초양화물기화매（SOD）화곡광감태과양화물매（GPX）수평，비교각조간차이，병대발병년령여혈장항양화응격지표진행상관성분석。결과 PD조환자혈장GSH[（18．42±14．64）μmol/L vs （79．32±64．48）μmol/L]、CAT[（160．87±10．49）kU/L vs （171．11±4．00）kU/L]、SOD[（93．58±24．17）kU/L vs （122．33±22．83）kU/L]수평명현저우대조조（P＜0．01）；조발형PD조환자혈장GSH수평명현고우만발형 PD조（P＜0．05）。발병년령여혈장GSH정부상관（P＜0．01）。결론 PD환자혈장GSH、CAT、SOD수평이상하강，제시PD환자존재항양화능력결함；조발형여만발형PD환자혈장GS H수평구유현저차이성，발병년령유만，혈장GS H수평유저。
Objective To study the difference in plasma antioxidative stress parameters levels in patients with early and delayed Parkinson's disease (PD) and its relation with the clinical features of PD .Methods Sixty-two primary PD patients served as a PD group which was further divided into early PD group (n=35) and delayed PD group (n=27) ,and 20 subjects undergoing physical examination served as a control group .Their plasma GSH ,CAT ,SOD and GPX levels were meas-ured by ELISA .The difference in different groups was compared and the relation between disease onset age and plasma antioxidative parameters levels was analyzed .Results The plasma GSH , CAT and SOD levels were significantly lower in PD group than in control group (18 .42 ± 14 .64μmol/L vs79.32±64.48 μmol/L,160.87±10.49kU/L vs171.11±4.00kU/L,93.58±24.17 kU/L vs 122 .33 ± 22 .83 kU/L ,P<0 .01)whereas the plasma GSH level was significantly higher in early PD group than in delayed PD group (P<0 .05) .The disease onset age was negatively re-lated with the plasma GSH level (P< 0 .01) .Conclusion The significantly low plasma GSH , CA T and SOD levels in PD patients suggest that the antioxidant capacity is insufficient in PD pa-tients .The plasma GSH level differs greatly in early and delayed PD patients .The older the dis-ease onset age is ,the lower the plasma GSH level is .
