This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of microteaching , studies the related factors that hinder the students ’ skill in speaking lesson .Combining with the principle of microteaching method , the feasibility of improving students ’ speaking ability by using microteaching is discussed and some implementation measures and schemes of microteaching training are given .
