在分析甘肃省小康文化教育总体实现程度的基础上，将其与全国同类指标进行比较，发现甘肃省文化教育实现程度总体体现出提高的势头，但提升速度较慢，与全国存在较大差距，发展任务极其艰巨，论文从政策、智力、体系等方面提出了建议。
재분석감숙성소강문화교육총체실현정도적기출상，장기여전국동류지표진행비교，발현감숙성문화교육실현정도총체체현출제고적세두，단제승속도교만，여전국존재교대차거，발전임무겁기간거，논문종정책、지력、체계등방면제출료건의。
Based on an analysis of the general achieved degree of all - round well - off culture education in Gansu province,the authors compare the provincial index with national similar indicators,and it is found that,al-though at general level the achieved degree of culture education in Gansu province indicates tendency of increase, the increasing speed is comparatively slow and falls far behind the national index. Facing the huge tough task for improvement,this paper puts forward a number of suggestions from aspects of policy,intelligence and system.
