钢轨断面几何尺寸、平直度和扭曲度关系着铁路运行的安全性、平稳性和速度。现有钢轨外形检测方法主要采用人工手动检测,无法满足铁路发展需求。本文提出了一种基于线结构光传感器的数字化钢轨外形检测新方法。该方法具有检测效率高、测量精度高、数据易保存、使用便捷等优点,能够实时再现钢轨的三维立体图像,并完成钢轨断面几何尺寸、平直度和扭曲度的全面检测。重复性试验和对比试验结果表明该方法具有良好的可靠性、稳定性。

The rail section geometry,flatness and torsion resistance determines the security,stability and speed of railway operation. Existing rail shape detection methods mainly adopt the manual testing mode which can't meet the needs of railway development. This paper proposed a new digital rail shape detection method based on line-structured laser sensor,which has advantages of high efficiency,high precision, easy storage,convenient use,etc.,reappeared the real-time three-dimensional images of rail,and completed the comprehensive detection of rail section geometry,flatness and torsion resistance. Repeated and comparative experiment results showed this new method has good reliability and stability.
