为了考察师范大学生教师职业认同与学习投入之间的关系,采用问卷调查法对631名师范大学生进行调查,数据统计分析的结果表明:①师范大学生教师职业认同处于较好水平,而学习投入则处于中等水平;②师范生教师职业认同及其各因子和学习投入及其各个因子之间均存在显著相关;③师范大学生教师职业认同的职业效能、职业意志等部分因子能够有效预测学习投入的动机、精力、专注三个因子。
為瞭攷察師範大學生教師職業認同與學習投入之間的關繫,採用問捲調查法對631名師範大學生進行調查,數據統計分析的結果錶明:①師範大學生教師職業認同處于較好水平,而學習投入則處于中等水平;②師範生教師職業認同及其各因子和學習投入及其各箇因子之間均存在顯著相關;③師範大學生教師職業認同的職業效能、職業意誌等部分因子能夠有效預測學習投入的動機、精力、專註三箇因子。

In order to evaluate the relationship between teacher professional identity and study engagement, 631 normal college students were surveyed by scales. The result indicates:(1)their teacher professional identity is higher,and study engagement is at average level;(2)the relationship between teacher professional identity and study engagement is significantly positive;(3)the factors such as professional efficacy and professional volition show equable predictability on study engagement's three factors:dedication,vigor and absorption.
