目的：探讨GOLPH3蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达情况。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测97例食管癌组织中GOLPH3蛋白的表达情况，分析GOLPH3蛋白与食管癌的临床病理特征的关系。结果：GOLPH3蛋白的表达主要位于细胞质，呈黄褐色，在正常食管黏膜组织和食管癌组织差别有统计学意义（P＝0．001）。GOL-PH3蛋白的表达差异与食管癌患者的年龄（P＝0．34＞0．05）、性别（P＝0．38＞0．05）和病理类型（P＝2．74＞0．05）没有统计学意义；与食管癌的分化程度（P＝0．00＜0．05）、淋巴结转移（P＝0．01＜0．05）和临床病理分期（P＝0．04＜0．05）有统计学意义。结论：GOLPH3可能在肿瘤形成、分化、增殖和转移过程中起了非常重要的作用。

Objective:To detect the expression of GOLPH3 in esophageal carcinoma and normal esophageal tis-sue.Methods:We performed the immunohistochemistry to detect the expression GOLPH3 protein in 97 patients with esophageal carcinoma.The clinical pathological significance and expression features were evaluated in 97 patients.Re-sults:GOLPH3 protein was expressed in normal and tumor esophageal epithelium.There was a significant difference in GOLPH3 expression(P=0.001)between them.Moreover,there were significant correlations between the expression of GOLPH3 and differentiation(P=0.00),lymph node metastasis(P=0.01)and pathologic stages(P=0.04)of EC.Conclusion:The increased expression of GOLPH3 may play an important role in the development of esophageal carcinoma.
