企业内外部异质性知识构成组合创新的基础，近年来大量学者探讨了知识异质度对企业创新的影响。在文献回顾的基础上，述评了知识异质度的概念内涵、测度方法以及内外部知识异质度的组合效应，剖析知识异质度对企业创新绩效的直接作用与间接效应，并在此基础上提出研究展望。

Heterogeneous knowledge source at the dyadic level consists of the foundation of enterprise innovation. In recent years, considerable attention has been directed at understanding the influence of knowledge heterogeneity (KH) on enterprise innovation. On the basis of literatures review, this paper discusses and clarifies the concept connotation and calculation methods of KH, illustrates the combinated effect between internal and external KH on enterprise innovation, and analyzes the direct and indirect effects of KH on firm innovative performance. Then the paper proposes the tendency of future research. As a result, this study not only lays foundations for further empiri-cal research, but also provides the references for the strategy of enterprise's innovation.
