目的:探讨情景教学法在急诊专科护士培训中的效果。方法:以参加急诊专科护士培训的32名学员为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组按照急诊专科护士学习要求设计模拟病例,并根据病例进行综合情景模拟训练。对照组采用传统的教学方法进行训练,分别于学习结束后进行急救技能及相关知识的考核,最终对两组的教学结果进行比较。结果:实验组在学习结束后进行考核评价的成绩明显高于对照组( P﹤0.05)。结论:急诊专科护士培训采用情景教学法,可以最大限度地调动受训护士学习的积极性,提高临床急救综合能力,同时也提高教学效率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of situational teaching for the training of specialist nurses in emergency. Methods:Thirty-two specialist nurses in emergency training were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. According to the study requirement of specialist nurses in emergency,to design modle case and integrative situational analogue training in experimental group. To train with traditional teching methods,to exame the emergency skill and relevant knowledge after accomplishing study. To compare the teching results. Results:The evaluation of experimental group significantly higher than control group after accomplishing study(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Situational teaching for the training of specialist nurses in emergency can transfer the study initiative of nurses and improve the comprehensive ability of clinical emergency and teaching efficiency.
