目的：总结胎膜早破的临床处理结果。方法：对2011年1月-2012年12月住院治疗的136例胎膜早破患者的临床资料和治疗结果进行统计分析。结果：胎膜早破占分娩总数的11.8%。全组早产率为13.9%，剖宫产率为40.4%，新生儿窒息率为17.6%，新生儿死亡率为2.29%。结论：胎膜早破最好实施期待疗法，根据胎儿所处危险的大小来选择分娩时机及分娩方式，适时地选择剖宫产，可降低新生儿的死亡率。

목적：총결태막조파적림상처리결과。방법：대2011년1월-2012년12월주원치료적136례태막조파환자적림상자료화치료결과진행통계분석。결과：태막조파점분면총수적11.8%。전조조산솔위13.9%，부궁산솔위40.4%，신생인질식솔위17.6%，신생인사망솔위2.29%。결론：태막조파최호실시기대요법，근거태인소처위험적대소래선택분면시궤급분면방식，괄시지선택부궁산，가강저신생인적사망솔。
Objective:Summarizes the clinical treatment of premature rupture of membranes. Methods:In January 2011 -December 2012 hospitalized the clinical data of 136 patients with premature rupture of membranes and treatment results were analyzed. Results:Premature rupture of membranes accounted for 11. 8% 22 of the total number of delivery. Full set of preterm birth rate was 13. 9%,the cesarean delivery rate was 40. 4%;Neonatal asphyxia rate was 17. 6%,and neonatal mortality was 2. 29%. Conclusion:Premature rupture of membranes had better implement the expectant treatment,according to the size of the fetus is dangerous to select the timing and manner of delivery,delivery timely choose cesarean section,can reduce the mortality of newborns.
