目的：分析严重药品不良反应（ADR）报告表，探讨预防严重 ADR 发生的方法。方法对146例严重ADR 报告表，分别按患者年龄、性别、报告人职业、引起 ADR 的药品、给药途径、临床表现等方面进行回顾性统计分析。结果146例严重 ADR 中，静脉给药方式引起的严重 ADR 例数最多（89例，60.96%），其次为口服给药（52例，35.62%）；抗菌药物引起的严重 ADR 最多，其次为心脑血管药物和中药制剂；ADR 临床表现以过敏性休克、药物性肝炎、重症皮疹等表现为主；90例严重 ADR 导致住院或住院时间延长，42例危及生命。结论严重 ADR 的发生与多种因素有关，应增强合理用药意识，以减少和避免严重 ADR 的发生，保证药物治疗安全、有效。
목적：분석엄중약품불량반응（ADR）보고표，탐토예방엄중 ADR 발생적방법。방법대146례엄중ADR 보고표，분별안환자년령、성별、보고인직업、인기 ADR 적약품、급약도경、림상표현등방면진행회고성통계분석。결과146례엄중 ADR 중，정맥급약방식인기적엄중 ADR 례수최다（89례，60.96%），기차위구복급약（52례，35.62%）；항균약물인기적엄중 ADR 최다，기차위심뇌혈관약물화중약제제；ADR 림상표현이과민성휴극、약물성간염、중증피진등표현위주；90례엄중 ADR 도치주원혹주원시간연장，42례위급생명。결론엄중 ADR 적발생여다충인소유관，응증강합리용약의식，이감소화피면엄중 ADR 적발생，보증약물치료안전、유효。
Objective Analysis of serious adverse drug reaction(ADR)report,discuss the method to prevent occur-rence of serious ADR. Methods According to patient age,gender,occupation,reported by ADR pharmaceuticals,route of administration,clinical manifestation were retrospectively analyzed. Results 146 cases of severe ADR,intravenous adminis-tration induced severe ADR cases were the most(89 cases,60. 96% ),followed by oral administration(52 cases,35. 62% );severe ADR antibacterial drug induced the most,followed by cardiovascular drugs and traditional Chinese medicine;clinical manifestations of ADR in anaphylactic shock,drug - induced hepatitis,severe rash;90 cases of severe ADR causing or prolonging hospitalization,42 cases of life - threatening. Conclusion Genesis is related to multiple factors of severe ADR,should strengthen the consciousness of rational drug use,to reduce and avoid the occurrence of serious ADR,ensure safe,effective drug treatment.
