促进文化产业与旅游产业相互融合，发展文化旅游业，有利于山西省产业结构升级改造和山西经济转型发展。首先从理论上对文化产业与旅游产业融合的必然性、动力机制与融合路径进行研究，然后结合山西省文化旅游业的发展现状，对山西省文化旅游业的发展提出若干对策。

Culture is the soul of tour , and tour is the carrier of culture.The fusion of culture industry and tourism industry can improve the present situation of culture industry , tourism industry and cultural tourism , which is beneficial to the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure , as well as the transformation development in Shanxi Province.The essay is mainly on the mechanism and the method of fusion of culture industry and tourism in -dustry , in order to promote the rapid fusion of two industries and the scientific development of cultural tourism.
