在人类历史上弱者与弱者间的合作与互助，由来已久、绵绵悠长。即使是在发达的市场经济环境与机制下，世界各国，包括OECD国家和广大发展中国家，合作金融特别是农村合作金融都普遍存在，经久不衰。其深邃的哲学人文关怀关爱，深刻的经济与社会机缘，合作性金融同商业性金融、政策性金融三者彼此相克相生、相辅相成、同生共荣的三维架构，都极富启迪，发人深省，催人不断思考与探索。从哲学、人文、历史、经济与社会的综合视角阐述了合作金融，特别是农村合作金融存在发展的深刻的哲学人文底蕴以及经济与社会根源，包括历史与现实必然性，总结了近现代百余年来中国合作金融艰难曲折发展历程的经验与教训，提出“往建放生，新建新生”的中国合作性金融改革发展之顶层设计、改革路径与具体对策。

It is common that the weak cooperate and help each other in human history.Cooperative finance , es-pecially the rural cooperative finance exists widely even in the advanced market economy environment and system a -round the world including the countries joined Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and other developing countries.It is very enlightening and sets people to think and explore the cooperative finance of its pro-found philosophic and civilian care , the wide economic and social involvements and the mutual dependent of coop-erative finance , the commercial finance and the political finance.This essay expounds the corporate finance from many aspects, such as, philosophy, humanities, history, economy and society, especially from the profound hu-manities and economy and society reasons , including the inevitabilities of history and reality.It summarizes more than a century of modern Chinese financial cooperation difficulties and tortuous course of development experiences and lessons , and it proposes specific measure that is “forget the past and focus on the future”.
