目前部分变电所仍然采用分列运行方式供电，如果直接在分列运行的两条母线之间进行合闸操作，由于幅值、相位和频率的不同极易产生冲击性的环流问题。而静止同步串联补偿器具有可以改变输出电压的幅值和相位的特性，利用这种特性可以很好的解决由于直接合闸引起的环流问题。通过对 SSSC 的原理和控制过程的研究，提出前级 d,q 解耦控制，后级SVPWM 控制方式，并在 MATLAB 工具中 SIMULINK 环境下进行了仿真研究，验证了 SSSC 装置在分列运行供电方式下直接合闸母联开关的正确性和可行性。
