针对多孔质气悬浮运动系统的特点，对其建模分析，并提出了一种高加速气悬浮运动的精确定位控制系统。就气悬浮运动系统的特点建立了详细的模型，并在就气浮平台在高加速度、高速度状态下的精确定位问题做了详细的研究，并给提出了相应的解决方法。
