目的：探讨组合式敷料治疗腹部切口愈合不良的效果与护理。方法按照随机分组方法，将我院50例腹部切口愈合不良的患者分为观察组（26例）和对照组（24例），观察组采用新型湿式敷料与传统的换药材料组合使用处理切口，对照组采用0．1％乳酸依沙吖啶溶液处理切口。结果观察组治疗效果和愈合时间明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论多种互补的组合式敷料使用对腹部切口愈合不良患者有明显的治疗效果，能缩短切口愈合时间，提高治愈率。
목적：탐토조합식부료치료복부절구유합불량적효과여호리。방법안조수궤분조방법，장아원50례복부절구유합불량적환자분위관찰조（26례）화대조조（24례），관찰조채용신형습식부료여전통적환약재료조합사용처리절구，대조조채용0．1％유산의사아정용액처리절구。결과관찰조치료효과화유합시간명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론다충호보적조합식부료사용대복부절구유합불량환자유명현적치료효과，능축단절구유합시간，제고치유솔。
Objective To explore the clinical healing of poor incision healing in abdominal by the most appropriate way of combined dressing.Methods Fifty cases of patients with poor abdominal incision healing were randomly divided into observation group (n=26) and control group ( n=24 ) .The wound was treated with combined multiple complementary dressing in observation group ,while the control group was treated with 0.1%ethacridine lactate solution .Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better ,and the wound healing time was shorter than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined multiple complementary dressing can shorten the wound healing time ,and improve the cure rate of the patient with poor abdominal incision healing ,which has obvious therapeutic effect .
