目的:探讨健康教育路径执行单在外科手术中的运用。方法310例手术患者随机分为试验组(155例)和对照组(155例)。试验组使用健康教育路径执行单及图文照片对患者进行规范化、个性化、持续性健康宣教并督促执行,对照组采用传统的口头式的健康宣教。观察两组患者对护理工作满意度和健康教育宣教知识掌握程度。结果对照组护理工作满意度为51.61%,试验组为80.65%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=29.16,P<0.05);对照组健康教育宣教知识掌握率为45.16%,试验组为74.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=27.15,P<0.05)。结论使用健康教育路径执行单及图文照片对患者进行规范化健康宣教能明显提高健康教育的质量和效果,缩短住院时间,提高服务品质。

목적:탐토건강교육로경집행단재외과수술중적운용。방법310례수술환자수궤분위시험조(155례)화대조조(155례)。시험조사용건강교육로경집행단급도문조편대환자진행규범화、개성화、지속성건강선교병독촉집행,대조조채용전통적구두식적건강선교。관찰량조환자대호리공작만의도화건강교육선교지식장악정도。결과대조조호리공작만의도위51.61%,시험조위80.65%,차이유통계학의의(χ2=29.16,P<0.05);대조조건강교육선교지식장악솔위45.16%,시험조위74.19%,차이유통계학의의(χ2=27.15,P<0.05)。결론사용건강교육로경집행단급도문조편대환자진행규범화건강선교능명현제고건강교육적질량화효과,축단주원시간,제고복무품질。
Objective To discuss the application of health education on surgical patients .Methods A total of 310 cases of surgical patients were divided into observation and control group with 155 cases in each .Using nursing pathway in health education and graphic pic-tures for patients in observation group ,patients in the control group were managed with the traditional method for health education .Patients were observed for nursing job satisfaction and health education mastery of knowledge .Results The satisfaction of control group nursing job was 51.61%,that of the treatment group was 80.65%,and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =29.16,P<0.05).The mission knowledge rate of control group health education was 45.16%,that of the treatment group was 74.19%,and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =27.15,P<0.05).Conclusion Using nursing pathway in health education and graphic pictures healthy education for pa -tients can significantly improve the quality and effectiveness of healthy education ,which has shorter hospital stay and improves service quality .
