目的：探讨良性前列腺增生（ BPH）患者经尿道汽化电切术治疗的疗效和安全性。方法502例BPH患者，采取经尿道汽化电切术治疗，观察临床疗效，比较患者术前剩余尿量（RUV）、术后3个月RUV、最大尿流率（Qmax）、前列腺体积（PV）和国际前列腺症状评分（ IPSS）。结果502例患者经尿道汽化电切治疗术后，11例暂时性尿失禁，15例术后出血，7例尿道狭窄，无死亡病例及电切综合征出现，余排尿通畅，经对症处理均痊愈出院。与术前比较，术后3个月患者RUV、PV、IPSS明显降低，Qmax明显升高（P＜0．05）。结论经尿道汽化电切术治疗BPH，安全有效，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토량성전렬선증생（ BPH）환자경뇨도기화전절술치료적료효화안전성。방법502례BPH환자，채취경뇨도기화전절술치료，관찰림상료효，비교환자술전잉여뇨량（RUV）、술후3개월RUV、최대뇨류솔（Qmax）、전렬선체적（PV）화국제전렬선증상평분（ IPSS）。결과502례환자경뇨도기화전절치료술후，11례잠시성뇨실금，15례술후출혈，7례뇨도협착，무사망병례급전절종합정출현，여배뇨통창，경대증처리균전유출원。여술전비교，술후3개월환자RUV、PV、IPSS명현강저，Qmax명현승고（P＜0．05）。결론경뇨도기화전절술치료BPH，안전유효，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To study treatment efficacy and safety of transurethral vaporization cutting in the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia ( BPH) .Methods Transurethral vaporization electricity cut method was applied in 502 cases of BPH patients ,the clinical cura-tive effect was observed, and the preoperative residual urine volume ( RUV), postoperative 3 months RUV, maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax),prostatic volume (PV) and the international prostate symptom score (IPSS) were compared.Results Of 502 cases with transure-thral vaporization cutting treatment ,11 cases had postoperative temporary incontinence ,15 cases postoperative hemorrhage ,and 7 cases ure-thral stricture .There was no death and cutting syndrome .Compared the preoperative patients with the postoperative ,3 months RUV was signifi-cantly lower,and PV,IPSS,Qmax increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions Transurethral vaporization electricity cut method in the treatment of BPH is safe and effective ,which is worth clinical popularization and application .
