目的：探讨广东省江门市手足口病的流行病学特征及时空分布特点，为江门市手足口病的预防控制工作提供依据。方法应用描述性流行病学方法对江门市2011年手足口病疫情资料进行统计，并采用SaTScan 9．0软件的时空扫描统计量对报告病例数进行时空聚集性分析。结果江门市2011年手足口病发病率为276．34/10万，男性高于女性，发病高峰期为5～7月，发病年龄主要在5岁以下。时空扫描统计量探测出了4个可能的手足口病发病聚集区域，聚集区的发病高峰时间为5月4日至8月28日，新会区、开平市、蓬江区、鹤山市、台山市都存在手足口病聚集性和长期流行趋势。结论广东省江门市手足口病的流行情况较为严重（特别是新会区），控制手足口病流行的关键时间段在4月底和5月初。

Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics and spatial distribution of hand-foot-mouth disease ( HFMD) in Jiangmen,Guangdong,and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of the disease .Methods A descriptive epidemiologic analysis was used on statistical of epidemic data in Jiangmen .Space-time scan analysis was conducted to show the clusters of HFMD ( n=7 300 ) in 2011 by SaTScan 9.0 software.Results The incidence rate was 276.34 per 100,000.The male incidence rate was higher than that of fe-male,and the peak incidence was 5,6 and 7 month.Most of patients were children less than 5 years old.Space-time scan had detected four gathering area of HFMD possibly,and the peak incidence was the time from May 4 to August 28.The areas (including Xinhui,Kaiping, Pengjiang,Heshan,Taishan) had clustering and long-term popular trend of HFMD.Conclusion The prevalence of HFMD is serious in Jiang-men,Guangdong ( especially in the area of Xinhui ) ,and the key period for the prevention and control of HFMD is late April and early March .
