目的：探讨硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（ DPN）的临床效果。方法选取86例DPN患者，随机均分成两组。两组均给予糖尿病方面健康知识教育，对患者饮食和运动给予指导，给予口服降糖药物或胰岛素制剂控制血糖稳定。对照组单纯应用甲钴胺，观察组应用硫辛酸联合甲钴胺，连续应用2周，根据治疗前后神经传导速度及临床症状的变化比较两组疗效。结果治疗前，观察组的临床症状及神经传导速度与对照组差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；治疗后，观察组与对照组的临床症状、神经传导速度分别与本组治疗前差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组与对照组差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗DPN有明确疗效。
목적：탐토류신산연합갑고알치료당뇨병주위신경병변（ DPN）적림상효과。방법선취86례DPN환자，수궤균분성량조。량조균급여당뇨병방면건강지식교육，대환자음식화운동급여지도，급여구복강당약물혹이도소제제공제혈당은정。대조조단순응용갑고알，관찰조응용류신산연합갑고알，련속응용2주，근거치료전후신경전도속도급림상증상적변화비교량조료효。결과치료전，관찰조적림상증상급신경전도속도여대조조차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）；치료후，관찰조여대조조적림상증상、신경전도속도분별여본조치료전차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；관찰조여대조조차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론류신산연합갑고알치료DPN유명학료효。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of lipoic acid combined with a cobalt amine in the treatment of diabetic peripher -al neuropathy.Methods Eighty-six patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,and all patients were given diabetes health knowledge education ,guidance with diet and exercise ,oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin preparations to keep stable blood glucose;control group simply used a cobalt amine ,observation group received 2 weeks′continuous application of a combina-tion of a cobalt lipoic acid and amine;the curative effect of two groups was compared according to the nerve conduction velocity and the change of clinical symptoms before and after the treatment .Result Before the treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity in observation group compared with control group (P>0.05);after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant in the clinical symptom and nerve conduction velocity in the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Lipoic acid in com-bination with a cobalt amine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy has clear curative effect .
