目的：探讨口服益生菌预防极低出生体质量儿（VLBWI）坏死性小肠结肠炎（NEC）的临床效果及安全性。方法92例VLBWI随机分为两组，对照组46例给予综合治疗；治疗组46例在此基础上给予口服益生菌，0．25 g，3次/d，连用21 d。结果治疗组患儿NEC的发生率较对照组低，达完全肠内营养时间明显较对照组短，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；但严重NEC的发生率及病死率、脓毒症发生两组相比，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论益生菌可以降低VLBWI NEC的发生率，缩短其达完全肠内营养时间，其临床应用是相当安全的。
목적：탐토구복익생균예방겁저출생체질량인（VLBWI）배사성소장결장염（NEC）적림상효과급안전성。방법92례VLBWI수궤분위량조，대조조46례급여종합치료；치료조46례재차기출상급여구복익생균，0．25 g，3차/d，련용21 d。결과치료조환인NEC적발생솔교대조조저，체완전장내영양시간명현교대조조단，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；단엄중NEC적발생솔급병사솔、농독증발생량조상비，차이무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）。결론익생균가이강저VLBWI NEC적발생솔，축단기체완전장내영양시간，기림상응용시상당안전적。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of oral probiotics in the prevention of necrotizing enterocolitis in very low birth weight infants .Methods Ninety-two very low birth weight infants were divided into two groups randomly;46 very low birth weight infants in control group were preformed with combined therapy ,and on this basis ,46 cases in treatment group were preformed with pro-biotics 0.25 g,po,tid,with 21 days of the course of treatment .Results The incidence of NEC in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group ,and the time to reach full enteral nutrition in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group ,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the incidence of severe NEC and mortality or the incidence of pyohe -mia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Probiotics can reduce the incidence of NEC in very low birth weight infants and short -en the time to reach full enteral nutrition .The application of probiotics is safe in very low birth weight infants ,and is worth promotion for hem-orrhage in clinical use .
