目的:探讨新生儿低血糖脑损伤的临床特征。方法回顾性分析低血糖患儿脑损伤组(42例)和非损伤组(45例)的临床资料。结果两组患儿平均胎龄、出生体质量、Apgar评分(生后1 min<7)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组中血糖低于1.0 mmol/L的患儿14例,占33.33%;低血糖持续时间大于12 h的患儿27例,占64.28%,与对照组差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。头颅MRI检查表明脑损伤部位多位于双侧枕顶额叶(69.04%)。结论新生儿低血糖是新生儿脑病的危险因素,在临床工作中应着重早期监测和预防,纠正低血糖提高脑细胞的能量供应,减少脑细胞损害的发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical feature of hypoglycemia to brain injury in term newborns .Methods The clinical data of newborns with hypoglycemia combined brain injury or not were reviewed retrospectively .Results Differences between the two groups in average gestational age ,median birth weight and an Apgar sore of less than 7 at 1 min were not statistically significant .In 42 cases of brain-injury newborns with hypoglycemia ,14 cases showed blood glucose of less than 1.0 mmol/L (33.33%) and 27 cases showed that hypoglyce-mia duration was longer than 12 hours (64.28%).Both the concentration and duration of hypoglycemia were associated with brain injury in neonates ( P <0.05 ).MRI detection showed brain-injury of hypoglycemia were mostly located in bilateral parietal-occipital cortex (69.04%).Conclusions Neonatal hypoglycemia is associated with additional risks in the setting of neonatal brain injury ,which must be de-tected and prevented .
