目的：观察和评价氨溴索注射液支气管灌洗佐治支气管结核的疗效。方法选择早期炎症、渗出性支气管结核患者65例，随机分为两组。试验组33例(常规抗痨+支气管镜下灌洗盐酸氨溴索、左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液2次/周)。对照组32例，(常规抗痨+支气管镜下灌洗左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液2次/周)。结果试验组和对照组在强化期抗痨满1个月结核中毒症状缓解率分别为90.9%、71.9%( P <0.05)。强化期满3个月痰菌阴转率分别为87.9%、65.6%(P<0.05)，肺不张治疗有效率分别为84.8%、62.5%(P<0.05)；肺功能改善率为87.9%、65.6%(P<0.05)。结论在全身抗痨基础上，辅以盐酸氨溴索支气管灌洗可加快支气管结核痰菌转阴，较好减轻支气管狭窄、改善肺功能；临床效果好。

목적：관찰화평개안추색주사액지기관관세좌치지기관결핵적료효。방법선택조기염증、삼출성지기관결핵환자65례，수궤분위량조。시험조33례(상규항로+지기관경하관세염산안추색、좌양불사성록화납주사액2차/주)。대조조32례，(상규항로+지기관경하관세좌양불사성록화납주사액2차/주)。결과시험조화대조조재강화기항로만1개월결핵중독증상완해솔분별위90.9%、71.9%( P <0.05)。강화기만3개월담균음전솔분별위87.9%、65.6%(P<0.05)，폐불장치료유효솔분별위84.8%、62.5%(P<0.05)；폐공능개선솔위87.9%、65.6%(P<0.05)。결론재전신항로기출상，보이염산안추색지기관관세가가쾌지기관결핵담균전음，교호감경지기관협착、개선폐공능；림상효과호。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of bronchialveolar lavage with ambroxol in the treatment of bronchial tuberculosis. Methods 65 patients with bronchial tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups. The experiment group was treated with 3HRZE/9HR plan and bronchialveolar lavage with ambroxol and levofloxacin twice a week. The control group was treated with 3HRZE/9HR plan and bronchialveolar lavage with levofloxacin twice a week. Results 1 month after the treatment, the remission rate of tubercular toxic symptom was 90. 9% and 71. 9% respectively in the experiment group and in the control group (P<0. 05). 3 months after the treatment, the smear negative rate was 87. 9% and 65. 6% respectively in the experiment group and in the control group ( P <0. 05), the curative rate of atelectasis was 84. 8% and 62. 5% (P<0. 05), and the improve rate of lung function was 87. 9% and 65. 6% (P<0. 05). Conclusion Bronchialveolar lavage with ambroxol is an ancillary measure in the treatment of bronchial tuberculosis, which has good curative effect and high safety.
