根据数控机床伺服进给系统强机电耦合特征,探索无传感器信息特征提取技术,提出一种伺服进给系统早期微弱故障特征识别的硬件调制技术;针对无传感器信息的非线性和非平稳特征,采用EMD和EEMD方法对系统机械传动部件进行状态监测和故障诊断。文中的研究为数控机床伺服进给系统的无传感器信息性能评估奠定了基础。

According to the strong electromechanical coupling characteristic of numerical control machine tool driving system, sensorless information characteristic obtaining technology was discussed,and a kind of hardware modulating technology was put forward for incipient fault detection of driving system.Aiming at the non-linear and non-stationary characteristics of sensorless information, EMD and EEMD methods were proposed to monitor the state and detect the faults of the driving system.This is the base of numerical control machine tool driving system performance evaluation by sensorless information.
