为解决气压控制过中所出现的非线性、不稳定问题,通过分析压力变化速率控制模型,提出一种基于伺服比例阀的自控方法,使得气压变化速率能够快速地稳定在理想的公差范围内,实现气压变化的精确控制。实验结果证明:该方法的控制效果良好。
為解決氣壓控製過中所齣現的非線性、不穩定問題,通過分析壓力變化速率控製模型,提齣一種基于伺服比例閥的自控方法,使得氣壓變化速率能夠快速地穩定在理想的公差範圍內,實現氣壓變化的精確控製。實驗結果證明:該方法的控製效果良好。

To solve the non-linear,instability problem occurring in the process of pneumatic pressure control,through analyzing the control model for the change rate of pneumatic pressure,the automatic control method based on servo-proportional valve was presen-ted.So the change rate of pneumatic pressure could be stabilized at desired tolerance range,and the pressure change was controlled ac-curately.Experimental results prove that the method is effective.
