目的：探讨综合护理干预胸腺蛋白口服液联合冰敷治疗鼻咽癌急性放射性口腔黏膜反应的临床效果。方法抽取我院2011年1月至2013年10月份收治的60例经胸腺蛋白口服液联合冰敷治疗的鼻咽癌急性放射性口腔黏膜反应患者作为研究对象，并随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合护理干预，包括环境干预、心理干预、口腔护理、生活干预以及出院指导。比较和分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果经护理干预后，发现观察组30例患者的口腔黏膜反应均得到有效控制，与对照组的比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。并且在恢复时间方面，观察组为（24．0±3．6）d，明显优于对照组的（32．3±4．7）d，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论给予胸腺蛋白口服液联合冰敷治疗的鼻咽癌急性放射性口腔黏膜反应患者综合护理干预，能够有效缓解患者的口腔黏膜反应，提高临床治疗效果，具有较高的临床应用价值，值得进一步推广。
목적：탐토종합호리간예흉선단백구복액연합빙부치료비인암급성방사성구강점막반응적림상효과。방법추취아원2011년1월지2013년10월빈수치적60례경흉선단백구복액연합빙부치료적비인암급성방사성구강점막반응환자작위연구대상，병수궤분위대조조화관찰조，매조30례。대조조채용상규호리，관찰조채용종합호리간예，포괄배경간예、심리간예、구강호리、생활간예이급출원지도。비교화분석량조적림상치료효과。결과경호리간예후，발현관찰조30례환자적구강점막반응균득도유효공제，여대조조적비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。병차재회복시간방면，관찰조위（24．0±3．6）d，명현우우대조조적（32．3±4．7）d，비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론급여흉선단백구복액연합빙부치료적비인암급성방사성구강점막반응환자종합호리간예，능구유효완해환자적구강점막반응，제고림상치료효과，구유교고적림상응용개치，치득진일보추엄。
Objective To assess the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing intervention in treating acute radioactive oral mucosa reaction of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with thymus protein oral solution and ice compress . Methods Retrospectively analysis the datas of 60 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients , those who got therapy in our hospital during January 2011 and October 2013, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group , and all of them received the treatment of thymus protein oral solution and ice compress . Patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention ( including environmental intervention, psychological intervention, oral care, life intervention and discharge guidance ), but patients in control group were given conventional nursing .The degree of acute radioactive oral mucosa reaction was assessed and compared clinical therapeutic effect in two groups .Results Acute radioactive oral mucosa reaction was reduced in the observation group , compared with the control group , the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The recovery period of oral mucosa reaction in observation group (24.0 ±3.6 days)was significantly shorter than that in the control group (32.3 ±4.7 days)(P<0.05).Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly relieve the reaction of acute radiation -induced oral mucosa , could improve clinical outcomes in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma , it has high clinical value and worthy of further promotion .
