目的：探索诊断学教学改革的方法。方法围绕“基层疾病谱”设计培养计划，建设校内、校外临床技能实训中心（室）、构建新的诊断学课程体系、师资培训体系和技能考核评价体系，加强专科医学生诊断学技能训练，以提高学生技能水平和卫生工作岗位的胜任能力。结果院校合作基于临床胜任能力的诊断学教学改革取得满意度效果，得到广泛支持和认同。结论院校合作基于临床胜任能力的诊断学教学改革、对于提高教学质量和水准是非常有益的，值得推广和应用。
목적：탐색진단학교학개혁적방법。방법위요“기층질병보”설계배양계화，건설교내、교외림상기능실훈중심（실）、구건신적진단학과정체계、사자배훈체계화기능고핵평개체계，가강전과의학생진단학기능훈련，이제고학생기능수평화위생공작강위적성임능력。결과원교합작기우림상성임능력적진단학교학개혁취득만의도효과，득도엄범지지화인동。결론원교합작기우림상성임능력적진단학교학개혁、대우제고교학질량화수준시비상유익적，치득추엄화응용。
Objective To explore the reform method in diagnostics teaching .Methods Training program was established according to "grassroots disease spectrum", build clinical skills training center ( room) in both inner/outside school , build a new diagnostic science curriculum , construct teacher training system and skills assessment system , strengthen diagnostic skills for medical students to improve students 'skill levels and competence need in health jobs . Results Diagnostics teaching reform based on clinical ability achieved satisfaction results , received wide support and recognition .Conclusions Diagnostics teaching reform based on clinical ability is benefit for improving quality of teaching , worth of generalization and application .
