目的：探讨子宫动脉化疗栓塞术治疗子宫切口妊娠的细节及意义。方法回顾性分析2009年5月至2013年10月间19例采用子宫动脉化疗栓塞术联合清宫术治疗子宫切口妊娠患者的临床资料及诊疗经过。结果子宫动脉化疗栓塞术操作成功率为100％，清宫术中出血在20～100 ml，平均50 ml，且无严重并发症发生。结论子宫动脉化疗栓塞配合清宫术可明显大出血的风险，是子宫切口妊娠安全、损伤小、恢复快并能有效保留女性子宫及生育能力的治疗方法。注重治疗中的细节将有效减少术后并发症的发生，保证治疗效果，减少医疗风险。
목적：탐토자궁동맥화료전새술치료자궁절구임신적세절급의의。방법회고성분석2009년5월지2013년10월간19례채용자궁동맥화료전새술연합청궁술치료자궁절구임신환자적림상자료급진료경과。결과자궁동맥화료전새술조작성공솔위100％，청궁술중출혈재20～100 ml，평균50 ml，차무엄중병발증발생。결론자궁동맥화료전새배합청궁술가명현대출혈적풍험，시자궁절구임신안전、손상소、회복쾌병능유효보류녀성자궁급생육능력적치료방법。주중치료중적세절장유효감소술후병발증적발생，보증치료효과，감소의료풍험。
Objective To explore the details and significance of uterine artery chemoembolization in treating the cesarean scar pregnancy .Methods A retrospective study was carried out to analyze the critical dates and treatment of 19 cases with scar pregnancy after uterine artery chemoembolization with curettage treatment . Results Uterine artery chemoembolization operation success rate was 100%, the cyrettage intraoperative hemorrhage in 20~100 ml, an average of 50 ml, and no severe complications occurred .Conclusions Uterine artery chemoembolization with curettage can obviously the risk of bleeding , it is safe, minimal invasion, rapid recovery , and can effectively retain female uterus and fertility treatment for cesarean scar pregnancy .Pay attention to the details of treatment will effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications , ensure the treatment effect , reduce the medical risk .
