结合转子动力学理论和热传导理论建立摩擦热弯曲转子系统的有限元结构-三维热场耦合模型;提出通过预测摩擦热弯曲转子振动响应和摩擦热量发展变化情况判断其稳定性;针对采用传统动力学方法进行多场耦合系统响应分析时计算量太大的问题,结合转轴热传导的慢变特性,提出摩擦热弯曲转子系统稳态响应和稳定性分析的增量谐波平衡-牛顿迭代方法及流程,并对该方法的精度和效率进行验证;利用所提出的方法定量分析碰摩刚度、碰摩间隙、摩擦因数等参数对摩擦热弯曲转子系统稳定性的影响。分析方法和结果可以为旋转机械摩擦热弯曲故障的预防提供理论参考。

The finite element structure and three-dimensional thermal field coupling model of the rubbing rotor system with thermal bow is established by combined the rotor dynamics theory with heat transfer principles. The stability assessment method based on the predicting of vibration response and heat-input quantity is presented. To overcome the problem of enormous computing in the simulation of multi-field coupling system using tradition dynamic analyzing method, a new method called incremental harmonic balance-Newton iteration method is presented based on the slowly changing characteristic of the heat transfer in shaft, and the verifying of the precision and the efficiency is carried out. The influence of the parameters such as rub-impact stiffness, rub-impact gap, friction coefficient etc. to the stability of the rotor system are quantitative analyzed. The presented method and results can provide theoretical references for the preventing of such kind of fault in rotor system.
