目的：评估5-氨基酮戊酸光动力学疗法（5- ALA - PDT）治疗老年糖尿病患者的念珠菌性间擦疹的疗效。方法将老年糖尿病念珠菌性间擦疹患者40例随机分为治疗组和对照组，以氦氖激光为激发光源、 ALA 为光敏剂、使用 DMSO 作为 ALA 的溶剂兼穿透增强剂，对治疗组进行5- ALA - PDT 治疗；对照组给予外用特比萘芬乳膏治疗。观察比较两组治疗后临床治愈率。结果完成治疗后0个月、1个月、2个月、3个月，治疗组的治愈率分别为100%、75.0%、50.0%、15.0%。对照组的治愈率分别为90.0%、80.0%、65.0%、30.0%。两组各时间点的治愈率无明显差异（ P 均﹥0.05）。结论5- ALA - PDT 能在短期内有效地治疗老年糖尿病患者的念珠菌性间擦疹，但很快复发。
목적：평고5-안기동무산광동역학요법（5- ALA - PDT）치료노년당뇨병환자적념주균성간찰진적료효。방법장노년당뇨병념주균성간찰진환자40례수궤분위치료조화대조조，이양내격광위격발광원、 ALA 위광민제、사용 DMSO 작위 ALA 적용제겸천투증강제，대치료조진행5- ALA - PDT 치료；대조조급여외용특비내분유고치료。관찰비교량조치료후림상치유솔。결과완성치료후0개월、1개월、2개월、3개월，치료조적치유솔분별위100%、75.0%、50.0%、15.0%。대조조적치유솔분별위90.0%、80.0%、65.0%、30.0%。량조각시간점적치유솔무명현차이（ P 균﹥0.05）。결론5- ALA - PDT 능재단기내유효지치료노년당뇨병환자적념주균성간찰진，단흔쾌복발。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 5 - aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in treatment of candidal intertrigoes in eld-erly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Forty elderly patients with diabetes mellitus associated with candidal intertrigoes were randomly di-vided into experimental group and control group. The application of He - Ne laser as the excitation source,ALA as photosensitizer,DMSO as pen-etration enhancer and solvent,ALA - PDT had been done in patients of experimental group. Patients in control group were given with topical appli-cation of terbinafine hydrochloride cream. Results The curative rates of experimental group were 100% ,75. 0% ,50. 0% and 15. 0% at the time points of 0 month,1 month,2 months and 3 months respectively after performance of 5 - ALA - PDT. Meanwhile the curative rates of control group were 90. 0% ,80. 0% ,65. 0% and 30. 0% at the time points respectively. There was no significant difference in curative rate between these 2 groups. Conclusion 5 - ALA - PDT can effectively cure candidal intertrigoes in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in a shorter peri-od. However,recurrence of candidal intertrigoes is quick.
