目的:探讨门控心肌灌注显像心肌计数的影响因素。方法选取100例静息态及负荷态门控心肌灌注显像正常的患者资料(男性47例,女性53例)。将原始图像重建后,采用感兴趣区(ROI)半定量分析方法,选取短轴显示左室心肌显示较完整的一帧图像,在左室心肌前壁勾画 ROI,每个 ROI 的大小为10 pixels,将 ROI 的平均计数设定为每次检查的心肌计数。将患者的年龄、身高、体重、心率、显像时间与心肌计数进行相关性分析,将患者性别、负荷方式与心肌计数进行独立样本 t 检验,体重分组与心肌计数作单因素方差分析,将性别、体重、显像时间和心肌计数作多元线性回归分析。结果所有200例门控心肌灌注显像,性别之间的心肌计数( P =0.007),负荷方式之间的心肌计数( P =0.190)无统计学差异;对于相关性分析,心肌计数与体重呈中度负相关( r =-0.541,P =0.000)、与身高( r =-0.204,P =0.002)及显像时间( r =-0.168,P =0.009)均呈低度负相关,与心率( P =0.176)、年龄( P =0.502)不相关。结论影响门控心肌灌注显像心肌计数的重要因素为性别、体重、显像时间。可通过改进注射药量,规范显像时间,提高显像质量。

목적:탐토문공심기관주현상심기계수적영향인소。방법선취100례정식태급부하태문공심기관주현상정상적환자자료(남성47례,녀성53례)。장원시도상중건후,채용감흥취구(ROI)반정량분석방법,선취단축현시좌실심기현시교완정적일정도상,재좌실심기전벽구화 ROI,매개 ROI 적대소위10 pixels,장 ROI 적평균계수설정위매차검사적심기계수。장환자적년령、신고、체중、심솔、현상시간여심기계수진행상관성분석,장환자성별、부하방식여심기계수진행독립양본 t 검험,체중분조여심기계수작단인소방차분석,장성별、체중、현상시간화심기계수작다원선성회귀분석。결과소유200례문공심기관주현상,성별지간적심기계수( P =0.007),부하방식지간적심기계수( P =0.190)무통계학차이;대우상관성분석,심기계수여체중정중도부상관( r =-0.541,P =0.000)、여신고( r =-0.204,P =0.002)급현상시간( r =-0.168,P =0.009)균정저도부상관,여심솔( P =0.176)、년령( P =0.502)불상관。결론영향문공심기관주현상심기계수적중요인소위성별、체중、현상시간。가통과개진주사약량,규범현상시간,제고현상질량。
Objective To explore the factors influencing the gated myocardial perfusion imaging myocardial count. Methods Select 100 patients with normal resting state and stressing state gated myocardial perfusion imaging(47 male,53 female). After reconstructing the prime im-age,select a image on which the left ventricular muscle on the short axis,then draw the region of interested(ROI)on the anterior wall of left ven-tricular muscle with the method of half quantitative analysis on the ROI ,the size of each ROI is 10 pixels,and set the average count of ROI to the myocardium count checked every time. Get the patients'age,height,weight,heart rate,imaging time and myocardial counting for correlation anal-ysis,Get the stress method,myocardial count and the patients'gender for independent samples T test,get the weight groups and myocardial count for single factor analysis,and get the patients'sex,weight,imaging time and myocardial counting for a multivariate linear regression analysis. Re-sults Among the 200 gated myocardial perfusion imaging,the myocardium count are significantly different between the male and female patients ( P = 0. 007),but the difference of the myocardium count is not significant between different loading ways( P = 0. 190);For correlation analy-sis,myocardium count is moderate correlated negatively with the weight( r = 0. 541,P = 0. 000),and have minor negative correlation with the height( r = 0. 204,P = 0. 002)and the imaging time( r = 0. 168,P = 0. 009),but have no correlation with the heart rate( P = 0. 176)or the age( P = 0. 502). Conclusion The important factors influencing the gated myocardial perfusion imaging of counting is the sex,weight and ima-ging time. The quality of the imaging can be improved by improving the injection dosage and standardizing the imaging time.
