目的：探讨骨化三醇对慢性肾衰竭（CRF）继发甲状旁腺功能亢进（ SHPT）患者血全段甲状旁腺激素（iPTH）的影响。方法选择106例 CRF 患者为研究对象，分为研究组和对照组各53例，对照组采用常规方法治疗，研究组在此治疗基础上加用骨化三醇治疗6个月，比较治疗前后 iPTH、钙（Ca）、磷（P）、肌酐（Cr）水平变化并统计分析。结果研究组与对照组治疗前血 iPTH、Cr、Ca 和 P 的水平均无统计学差异，治疗后研究组血 iPTH、Cr 显著低于对照组，血 Ca 水平显著高于对照组（ P ﹤0.05）。血 P 水平无显著变化（ P ﹥0.05）。结论骨化三醇治疗 CRF 患者的 SHPT 取得了较好的效果，值得临床进一步推广应用。
목적：탐토골화삼순대만성신쇠갈（CRF）계발갑상방선공능항진（ SHPT）환자혈전단갑상방선격소（iPTH）적영향。방법선택106례 CRF 환자위연구대상，분위연구조화대조조각53례，대조조채용상규방법치료，연구조재차치료기출상가용골화삼순치료6개월，비교치료전후 iPTH、개（Ca）、린（P）、기항（Cr）수평변화병통계분석。결과연구조여대조조치료전혈 iPTH、Cr、Ca 화 P 적수평균무통계학차이，치료후연구조혈 iPTH、Cr 현저저우대조조，혈 Ca 수평현저고우대조조（ P ﹤0.05）。혈 P 수평무현저변화（ P ﹥0.05）。결론골화삼순치료 CRF 환자적 SHPT 취득료교호적효과，치득림상진일보추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the role of calcitriol in serum intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH)in patients with chronic renal fail-ure(CRF)and secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT). Methods 106 CRF patients were collected for the study and divided into study group (n = 53)and control group(n = 53). Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy;patients in study group received calcit-riol for 6 months on the basis of conventional therapy. Before and after treatment,serum iPTH,calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),and creatinine (Cr)levels were compared and analyzed statistically. Results Before treatment,serum iPTH,Cr,Ca and P levels were not statistically different between the study group and control group. But after treatment,blood iPTH and Cr were significantly lower and serum Ca level was significantly higher in the study group than the control group. Serum P level did not change significantly before and after treatment. Conclusion Calcitriol treatment of SHPT in CRF patients achieved good results,which is worthy of further clinical application.
