本文从皮肤科的特点论述了人文素质培养在皮肤科教学过程中的重要性。皮肤科皮损的暴露性、病因的复杂性和疾病的复发性导致疾病对患者心理影响很大，相应需要医生具备较高的人文素质，从而能够更好地与患者沟通。

The importance of the humanistic quality training in dermatology teaching is discussed here. The characteristics of skin diseases, such as the exposure of the lesions, the complexity of the etiology, and the recurrent properties of the diseases have great inlfuence on patients’ emotions, therefor higher humanistic quality is required in dermatology practice to ensure a better communication with the patients.
