目的:比较常规管理法与分层次管理法在临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法将60例我院新生儿护理人员按照奇偶数字法随机地均分为对照组与观察组,各为30例。对照组采用常规管理法,观察组采用分层次管理法。比较两组管理前后操作评分、理论知识评分及相关指标评分情况。结果(1)管理后两组护士操作评分及理论知识评分均较管理前有显著提高,且观察组上述评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组总体工作满意度、福利待遇满意度、排班满意度、家庭和工作的平衡、专业发展满意度、工作被称赞与认可满意度、对工作的控制与责任感、同事关系及交流机会等评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室开展分层次管理,能够显著提高护士工作及对理论知识学习的积极性,提高患者满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To compare the effect of general management act and hierarchical management method applied in clinical nursing management. Methods A total of 60 cases of nurses of operating room in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each of 30 cases. The control group was used conventional manage-ment method, and the observation group was used hierarchical management method. The operation management score before and after the management, theoretical knowledge related indicators score situation were compared. Results (1)Two sets of management, the former nurse operating rates and theoretical knowledge scores were significantly im-proved than before management, and the management of the above scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); (2)Overall job satisfaction, balanced, professional development satisfaction, job satisfaction and recognized benefits satisfaction, scheduling satisfaction, family and work, work control and responsibility, relationships with colleagues and exchange opportunities scores in observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the operating room to carry out sub-level management, can significantly improve nurses working on theoretical knowledge and moti-vation to learn and improve patient satisfaction, deserves to be widely applied.
