目的:深入了解医院专利管理的现状及存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,提高医院专利管理的水平,从而提升医院的知识产权核心竞争力。方法通过对南通大学附属医院2004~2013年已获得授权的专利进行统计,结合专利发明人的学历、职称、所在学科等进行全面分析。结果专利多集中于实用新型专利,占专利总数的85.57%;护理人员是专利发明人的主体,占专利总数的67.01%;发明专利发明人多集中在临床、医技学科。专利成果流于形式,很少转化为现实生产力。结论针对前面的数据分析,提出对策院普及专利基本知识;加强专利管理队伍建设;大力促进专利的转让与实施;实行知识产权跟踪管理。

목적:심입료해의원전리관리적현상급존재적문제,병제출상응적대책,제고의원전리관리적수평,종이제승의원적지식산권핵심경쟁력。방법통과대남통대학부속의원2004~2013년이획득수권적전리진행통계,결합전리발명인적학력、직칭、소재학과등진행전면분석。결과전리다집중우실용신형전리,점전리총수적85.57%;호리인원시전리발명인적주체,점전리총수적67.01%;발명전리발명인다집중재림상、의기학과。전리성과류우형식,흔소전화위현실생산력。결론침대전면적수거분석,제출대책원보급전리기본지식;가강전리관리대오건설;대력촉진전리적전양여실시;실행지식산권근종관리。
Objective To understand the current state and problems of hospital patents management, and explore coun-termeasures for improving management level of hospital patent, enhancing the core competitiveness of the hospital's in-tellectual property. Methods The authorized patents during 2004-2013 of the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University were analyzed statistically, and the date was overall analyzed combined with the patent inventors' educational back-ground, title and subject. Results Most Patents were the utility model patents, which account for 85.57% of the total numbers; the nursing staff that made up 67.01% of all the patent inventors was the main part. Most patent inventors majored in clinical subject or medical science, they were turned out to be a mere formality and few were translated into productivity. Conclusion Based on the data analysis, the author put forward the following countermeasures: the hospital should pay more attention to the popularity of patent knowledge, strengthen the construction of the patent management team, promote the transfer and the implementation of the patent and implement tracking management of intellectual property rights.
