为了准确采集8路数据并稳定传输给应用系统,文章设计了一套基于FPGA结合ADC和CAN总线的数据采集与传输系统。首先,AD在FPGA的控制下将8路模拟信号采集并以一位数字信号的形式输出给FPGA,然后经过串并转换与数据重组,最后通过CAN总线传输给应用系统。实验结果表明,AD以50KSPS采集数据时,系统工作正常。整个系统性能稳定可靠、实时性强,具有较好的通用性。

In order to acquire 8 signals and transmit them to the application system accurately,this paper presents an improved FPGA combined with ADC and CAN bus based data acquisition and transmission system. Firstly,AD is controlled by FPGA to acquire 8 analog signals and convert them to one bit digital signal which is sent to FPGA.Then the serial-to-parallel operation and data reconstruction was used to process the one bit signal.At last,the signal was transmitted to application via the CAN bus system.Experimental results proved,when the conversion rate of ADC128 is 50kSPS,the system can work normally.The system has advantages of reliable and steady function,strong real-time and good universality.
