目的探讨中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将70例常年性过敏性鼻炎患者,采取低温等离子手术,并给予穴位注射和半导体激光照射,随访2年观察疗效。结果总有效率高,1年后复发率低。结论低温等离子结合穴位注射和物理治疗对常年性过敏性鼻炎疗效持久,操作简单,是门诊治疗过敏性鼻炎的理想方法。

목적탐토중서의결합치료과민성비염적림상료효。방법장70례상년성과민성비염환자,채취저온등리자수술,병급여혈위주사화반도체격광조사,수방2년관찰료효。결과총유효솔고,1년후복발솔저。결론저온등리자결합혈위주사화물리치료대상년성과민성비염료효지구,조작간단,시문진치료과민성비염적이상방법。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is the treatment of allergic rhinitis .Methods 70 patients with perennial al ergic rhinitis, take the low-temperature plasma operation, and give the point injection and semiconductor laser irradiation, fol ow-up of 2 years clinical observation. Results The total ef ective rate is high, low recurrence rate after 1 years. Conclusion Low temperature plasma combined with persistent, acupoint injection and physical therapy on the treatment of perennial al ergic rhinitis has the advantages of simple operation, is an ideal method in clinic for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
